The Graduate Program runs for two years, where you'll gain incredible insights into our organization and develop your professional skills. The program starts with a shared introduction, giving you hands-on experience in four key areas: operations, process development, quality assurance, and quality control. This foundation will equip you to independently lead innovative projects within the different areas. 

The Graduate Program offers a permanent contract immediately and after the two years you will receive a more qualified role within the company.  

We are welcoming graduates to start in August/September. Applications for the Graduate Program are handled during February. The application period for 2025 has now been closed.

Along with being a great personal fit, we are seeking someone who:

• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, both speaking and writing.
• Holds a master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
• Has less than two years of post-graduation experience.
• Has relevant work experience alongside studies.
